Are you ready to mint your Mazury credentials and show them off to the world? We sure are! The whole team has been working hard since our update earlier this year to bring minting to you. And that's not even half of it.

Today we are releasing our first update since launching on June 1st.

You can watch our overview or read further. What's included?

After 6 months in open beta we are presenting the brand new app to the world. Start exploring our new badges, referrals & search right away! Visit mazury.xyz or follow on reading the article on our beginnings, mission & goals.

How we got here

Mazury was born in late 2021 with a mission to build a reputation system for anonymous contributors. One address could vouch for another one by giving them a referral — that was the original idea behind the product.

However with time, we decided to also start to capture broader data about web3 contributions and came up with the concepts of badges and searching. More about these later :)

For the past few weeks, we have been writing about some of the most essential features coming into the new version of our app. They’ve been well received by the community, and we’re super excited to keep building and getting ready for the launch!

You can find our articles on Badges & Referrals and read about them if you missed it.

Search is one of our most important features. Everything we’re building is super important, and we pay enormous attention to detail in every pixel, front-end implementation, and API architecture. But search is something special. Let’s talk about it!

Last week we talked about Badges - one of the many features we’re working on over at Mazury as we get ready for the launch of V2. You can learn more about it here. Today, we’re talking about a different feature we’re working on - Referrals. Let’s get into the nitty-gritty of them.

The anonymity in web3 is both a blessing and a curse all at the same time. The ability to not have your identity doxxed while solving really important problems is quite something. Taking Satoshi Nakamoto - the creator of Bitcoin, for example, they single-handedly changed the way we see money and brought the idea of decentralization mainstream. Doing all of that while being anonymous. To this day, no one knows who Satoshi really is.

A couple of the pros we can highlight here:

  • No fear of being taken away by the government
  • No fear of being robbed, killed, etc
  • Peace of mind

gm, our engineering, design, and product team has been hard at work building mind-blowing, creative features for our product. In today’s article, we’re talking about one of these features - Badges. What are they and why are they so cool?
